In Loving Memory Of

Patricia Ya Vonne Weishaar

June 2nd, 1948 - July 2nd, 2024

Obituary

Patricia Ya Vonne Weishaar, known affectionately to us all as Patti, was born on June 2nd, 1948, in the humble town of Lebanon, Oregon. It was on July 2nd, 2024, in the peaceful surroundings of Crescent City, California, that our dear Patti was called home by the Lord.

Patti is preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Ginger Noffsinger, as well as her brother Bill. She is survived by her husband Terry, son Cory and daughter Tara with love and devotion. Patti is also survived by her brothers Chris and John.

With a spirit as vibrant as the flowers she planted, Patti was a woman of many talents. She received her AA from College of the Redwoods majoring in art. It was this foundation upon which she built a life of artistic exploration. Her hands, shaped clay into pottery, captured beauty through her lenses, painted visions on canvas, and weaved threads into blankets. Yet, it was in the garden, amidst the blooms and the greenery, that Patti found her sanctuary. She believed that with faith, even the barren concrete could yield a bountiful harvest, and oh, how her gardens flourished!

Patti was a woman of faith, a faith so deep it infused every aspect of her life. She walked in the light of the Lord, her every action a testament to the love she carried within her heart. She was a loving wife, a caring mother, a sister, and a friend whose presence was a comfort and a joy to all who knew her.

Creative was a word too small to encompass the expanse of Patti’s soul. Her creativity was not confined to her art; it was evident in the way she lived, the way she loved, the way she turned the ordinary into the extraordinary with the simplest of gestures. Her life was her canvas, and she painted it with the most brilliant of colors.

As we stand beneath the vast sky that she so cherished, we bid farewell to Patti. Yet, in the whisper of the wind through the trees, in the gentle curve of a potter’s wheel, in the vibrant hues of a painting, and the rich soil of a well-tended garden, we will feel her spirit. Patti Weishaar, a woman of indomitable spirit and boundless love, has left an indelible mark on the world.
Let us hold fast to the memories, cherish the moments of joy and laughter, and carry forward the legacy of love Patti has left us. Though her physical presence is no longer with us, her spirit endures, reminding us to live each day with creativity, love, and an unwavering faith.

As we commit Patricia Ya Vonne Weishaar to the Almighty’s keeping, let us do so with the assurance that she rests in eternal peace, forever cradled in the loving arms of our Creator.
